Erika Rosenberg has been practicing meditation for 20 years. Although her primary background is in Tibetan Buddhism (Nyingma lineage), she has also been influenced profoundly by Vipassana teachings. In her classes, Erika specializes in integrating traditional Buddhist practices with key concepts and techniques from Western Psychology to help people navigate the challenges of daily life and work. Erika teaches regularly at Nyingma Institute of Tibetan Studies in Berkeley, CA and offers workshops elsewhere on request.
